It’s been a busy Summer and I am looking ever so forward to spending time up north to take in some cool Fall days and nights!  Here in Florida, we won’t see the likes of cool air for several more months.

I am proud to have been included in 2 features in the most recent issue of Creating Vintage Charm Magazine.  There is a feature on my art studio, and a feature on a special artist retreat called Serendipity that was held in Texas at the fabulous Whitworth Ranch retreat.

My quaint art studio here in Florida has been bustling with fun and creations.

Recently a surprise art party was held in honor of Andrea’s birthday and it was a bliss filled night with Sangria and tasty tidbits and a wonderful project.

I created kits with all the materials for the ladies to make their own crochet scarves.  It was a beautiful night!  Gather some girlfriends and plan an art party of your own at my studio.

I have been creating some lovely vintage finery for the stores who carry my merchandise as well recently.  Mount Dora is gearing up for it’s huge art festival at the end of October so I am busy working on some one of a kind designs for the weekend.  This little town draws 350,000 people for this event!

I finished a romantic little shadow box using some tiny ballet slippers and other found objects…

and now it’s on to creating some jewelry, hair fascinators and more….

See you again soon to share a fun Fall recipe!
