Spring is around the corner and soon, the grill will beckon us to host outdoor meals. Join us at The Cozy Castle with Chef George Vogel and learn to take finished grilled meals from ordinary to extraordinary! A lot of us of us use the grill, but there are many tips and tricks to learn about temperature, caring for your grill and more.
George has been a chef for over three decades including extensive experience in New York, Disney, corporate and education dining. His specialization is French cuisine, but he caters to any and all cuisines.
Chef George’s formal training was with the New York restaurant school as well as the Navy, where he was the Captain’s personal Chef.
You will learn how to cut, grill, and season fresh vegetables as well as how to marinate and grill chicken making for a flavorful and healthy dinner. You will also learn to construct a wonderful grilled dessert. Chef George also has a specialty line of his own BB-Q sauces called “Augey G’Z” you may like to experiment with!
This class includes a full grilled dinner and dessert, all of the take-home recipes, a beer for the guys, and some bubbly for the gals! Grab a friend and join us for this special outdoor evening.
