The Ferrara family started making Italian sausage in New York in 1932.
Today, Ferrara’s Sausage Company is a dream come true as Chef Bo combined both his family’s original sausage recipes along with sausage recipes he developed himself into a business. He has also incorporated some of his family’s favorite dishes into his product line. His products are sold in local markets and shipped to customers across the country.
Join us for this hands-on, Italian sausage-making class. You will learn the entire process from an expert, and you will go home with two pounds of HOMEMADE ITALIAN SAUSAGE. (Bring a small cooler along if you wish!) You will also learn how to use the sausage within a sage and cornbread stuffing perfect for your Thanksgiving table!
Of course, we will also enjoy a sausage sandwich and some Italian wine along with the sounds of classic Italian music!
As Chef Bo says…“Let’s Eat Something Good!”
