It’s a Summer’s end celebration at The Cozy Castle!
The “Dinner en Blanc” means the color palette is everything white, including the menu choices!
Please join the theme and wear something white.: shirts, pants, skirts, dresses, your choice.
We have hopes for a lovely weather evening so we can dine in the outdoor gazebo area, otherwise we will be indoors. The menu shall be Caesar salad, decadent cream of crab soup, Grilled chicken served over risotto in a white wine sauce, french bread with Boursin cheese and lemon zest, and white butter cake with white chocolate ganache and white chocolate mousse.
We will start the evening with a champagne toast and all will hand-tie a nosegay of fresh white blossoms and herbs to take home!
