This is the first in a series of monthly dinner events happening at The Cozy Castle.
The concept is that each dish for the meal will come from the same cookbook. We will also have discussions about all things chef/cuisine/cooking related. I believe this could turn into a great supper club group!
For this evening, the book is Giada De Laurentiis Italy cookbook!
The Menu:
Candied Prosciutto
Tomato, Avocado and Escarole Salad
Cacio e Pepe (Orecchiette pasta with pancetta and arugula)
Peach and Almond Crostada
Water and Iced Tea
You are invited to BYOB – wine, champagne, etc.
