Join us for “Bella Cena” which is Italian for “Beautiful Dinner!”
Not only will you learn how to make each of these authentic dishes, you will also indulge in eating them! This class is timed perfectly for you to learn Chef Bo’s secrets and serve up an amazing dinner for the one you love this Valentines Day!
You will learn to make and enjoy a buffet dinner tasting of the following:
Homemade Manicotti & Homemade 3 cheese stuffed Manicotti with mild marinara and Homemade Beef and Pork SausageCannelloni with Nutmeg Béchamel.
Your dinner will be complete with a field green salad with crusty Italian bread, and miniature chocolate and pistachio cannolis. We will also enjoy a tasting of two different types of Italian wines. Don’t miss this wonderful learning experience! As Chef Bo says…”Let’s eat something good!”
