Chef Mark owns a small regenerative farm which creating community by growing and locally selling vegetables, fruits and artisan chocolates. He has been cooking professionally for more than 35 years.
We will be in the learning kitchen and will make 3 different Spring inspired travel cakes. Travel cakes are designed for portability and long lasting freshness making them ideal for travel.
You will gain confidence exploring your inner chef while making Carrot Patch, Chocolate Easter Egg, and Spring Meadow travel cakes.
Chef Mark will

- demonstrate steps and support participants in hands-on making
- provide a relaxed atmosphere for curiosity and learning
