There are fairies in my Garden!
The enchantment of fairies dates back many years. Fairies have been celebrated in folklore, stories,
songs, and poems. They are delightful, magical spirits with likenesses and kinship to flowers insects and other small creatures. Do you know where a fairies favorite place to be is? The garden of course!!!! The garden here at The Cozy Castle will be the perfect setting to create on this special afternoon! Owner of Fairytale Gardens, Jenna Workman will guide you through the creation of your own whimsical fairy garden!
Think outside the Box!!
There are so many items that can be transformed into a special fairy garden! Think outside the box about how you might like to contain your fairy garden. Empty lanterns, bird cages, baskets or cracked pots could be used. You will receive a few items in your class kit to use in your garden, but start to look around at what other items you may have that could add to your garden.
The possibilities are endless if you choose your container and let your imagination soar! Keep an eye also on items you might find within nature. A special piece of wood, acorn shells, unique rocks are all great possibilities! Also Michaels Arts and Crafts and Hobby Lobby often have beautiful fairy garden figurines and garden items. Creating a fairy garden is easier than you think and Jenna will teach you everything you need to know to help your garden grow!
An Enchanted Afternoon…
In addition to creating your fairy garden, you will also have the chance to create a special sign and a fairy greeting card in the art studio. We will also indulge in fairy inspired treats and a fairy inspired drink and other surprises!
Dress comfortably and wear an apron if you wish! Bring your garden container and any items you wish to include. All plants, soil etc. will be provided. We would love for you to dress the part! Flower wreaths or headbands, hats, and fairy wings are welcome and encouraged!
This will be a group of up to 12. This would be a wonderful way to share a special afternoon with a friend. Make a full day of it and after class, visit charming downtown DeLand to shop and even enjoy dinner.

*All registrations must be paid at least 3 days in advance of an event.
All ticket registrations are nonrefundable. All ticket sales end 72 hours prior to event time. If you have a personal emergency and call Karen 24 hour prior to an event, you may be able to apply your registration to a future event, per host’s discretion.
